(Wall Street Journal) Editorial - While U.S. sanctions on four more International Criminal Court officials, announced Wednesday, will be viewed as a defense of Israel, this is a matter of American self-defense. One sanctioned judge, Canada's Kimberly Prost, authorized an ICC investigation into the U.S. war in Afghanistan - even though the U.S. isn't an ICC member state and the court has no jurisdiction. In May 2024 the ICC threatened Members of Congress who push back on the court's lawlessness. Their crime?
