(New York Times) Adam Rasgon - In the Palestinian Authority, which lies on the flight path between Israel and Iran, few, if any, Palestinians have safe rooms or communal shelters to protect them from incoming Iranian ballistic missile attacks on Israel. No air-raid early warning system is in place, though Palestinians living near Jewish communities can hear their sirens and others use Israeli applications that provide alerts. PA civil defense said that its teams had responded to 40 reports of injuries and property damage from falling shrapnel on Friday. Seven children were among the injured.
