(Times of Israel) Sam Sokol - Former IDF Chief of Staff Lt.-Gen. (res.) Gadi Eisenkot, a former minister and a Knesset member in the opposition National Unity party, told Israel's Channel 12 in an interview Saturday that "I think a Palestinian state is irrelevant after Oct. 7." After the "murderous event" when 1,200 people were massacred and 251 were taken hostage, Israel was not in a place to discuss giving the Palestinians "a state and a prize."
