(Wall Street Journal) Dov Lieber - For decades, the Jenin refugee camp has been a central breeding ground and place of shelter for Palestinian militants. In recent weeks, Israeli bulldozers, looking for hidden explosives, have reduced much of the roads to sand and mud.
