(JNS) Etgar Lefkovits - The Islamic Fatwa Council - a body of senior Sunni and Shi'ite clerics headquartered in Najaf, Iraq - recently issued a groundbreaking fatwa - a legal ruling on a point of Islamic law - against Hamas for oppressing the Palestinians in Gaza.
