(Palestinian Center for Policy and Survey Research) Dr. Khalil Shikaki - There has been a significant rise in Palestinian support for a return to an armed intifada, according to a new poll conducted on Dec. 7-10, 2022. 55% support a return to armed confrontations, up from 48% three months ago. Support for the two-state solution stands at 32%, with 66% opposed. 72% support the forming of armed groups such as the "Lions' Den," which do not take orders from the PA. 79% oppose the surrender of these groups to the PA. 75% of the public wants President Abbas to resign.
