When Antisemites Sue the Jews: Lessons for Al Jazeera

(Jerusalem Post) Rafael Medoff - The Al Jazeera media network has filed suit against Israel over the accidental shooting of its reporter, Shireen Abu Akleh, last May. The lawsuit filed in the International Criminal Court (ICC) could shine an embarrassing spotlight on the network itself. The writer is founding director of the David S. Wyman Institute for Holocaust Studies.
