(Reuters) Israel is renewing offshore natural gas exploration with a view toward exporting gas to Europe, Israel's Energy Minister Karine Elharrar said Monday. She has instructed the ministry to prepare a new round of tenders for gas exploration off Israel's Mediterranean coast. Gas will be sent to Egypt through an expanded pipeline network for liquefication and then shipped to Europe.
