Hassan Sayad Khodayari as deputy director of the Quds Force's technological and weapons development, whose purview likely includes the flagship Iranian project to alter Hizbullah's rocket arsenal into precision missiles capable of striking Israeli targets. According to Israeli and Western intelligence assessments, Khodayari is actually a brigadier general and was very close to Revolutionary Guards commander Qasem Soleimani. According to informed intelligence sources, Khodayari was in the advanced stages of carrying out three attacks on Israeli targets in several locations around the world.
