[Ha'aretz ] Barak Ravid - Israel is reportedly attempting to block a $400 million arms deal between the U.S. and Lebanon that would include hundreds of anti-tank missiles. Israeli authorities have stated that Hizbullah's resurgence in southern Lebanon has led them to believe that the arms transfer could pose a security threat if the arms fell into the hands of Hizbullah.
