(Guardian-UK) Kim Willsher - A police administrator who stabbed and killed four people at Paris police headquarters on Thursday was a radicalized Islamist who slit the throat of at least one of his victims, France's national anti-terrorist prosecutor Jean-Francois Ricard revealed on Saturday.
