(Reuters) Angus McDowall and Tulay Karadeniz - Russian and Syrian jets on Tuesday bombarded countryside around Jisr al-Shughour on the western edge of the rebel enclave of Idlib, the last major rebel stronghold, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights and a rebel source reported. Idlib's dominant rebel faction is Tahrir al-Sham, an alliance spearheaded by al-Qaeda's former official affiliate in Syria, the Nusra Front.
