(Stars and Stripes) Tara Copp - Only about 350 Islamic State fighters remain in the Libyan city of Sirte as the U.S. finished its eighth day of airstrikes there, U.S. defense officials said Tuesday. ISIS militants there had totaled 1,000 fighters at one time.
