(Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs) Pinhas Inbari - PA officials have been challenging ISIS to turn its gaze toward Israel. They are playing with fire, because if ISIS does decide to act against Israel, it will undoubtedly act against the Palestinian leadership in Ramallah as well.
