(Jerusalem Post) Lidar Grave-Lazi - Israelis are among the highest educated in the developed world, according to an OECD report released Tuesday. According to "Education at a Glance 2015," 49% of Israelis have attained higher education degrees, well above the OECD average of 34% and the second highest rate of all member countries.
