(McClatchy) Michael Doyle - U.S. District Judge Royce Lamberth on Wednesday found North Korea and Iran liable for damages caused by a series of missile attacks on Israel in 2006 because they "provided material support and assistance to the Hizbullah terrorists who fired the rockets at Israel."
