Arafat Deposes Sari Nusseibeh as Jerusalem Chief

(Ha'aretz) Akiva Eldar - Yasser Arafat has taken over responsibility for the Palestinian Authority's Jerusalem portfolio by deposing prominent Palestinian peace activist Prof. Sari Nusseibeh.
