(Jerusalem Post) - Muhanad Taher of Nablus, leader of Hamas's Izzadin Kassam military wing, had been on Israel's most wanted list for four years, and was responsible for planning the homicide bombing on a bus in southern Jerusalem on June 18, killing 19 passengers and wounding 70.
