(AP-Washington Post) China says UN sanctions against Iran cannot fundamentally resolve tensions over the country's nuclear program. Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Hong Lei said Friday that China continues to hold dialogue and that cooperation rather than coercion is the most effective approach to Iran.
