[Jerusalem Post] Tovah Lazaroff and Herb Keinon - The Palestinians will not unilaterally declare an independent state, but rather seek a UN Security Council resolution endorsing a two-state solution along the pre-1967 lines, PA negotiator Saeb Erekat said Tuesday.
