(Jerusalem Post) Eytan Halon - American private equity firm Insight Partners has agreed to acquire Israeli-founded cybersecurity company Armis in a deal valued at $1.1 billion, the companies announced Tuesday. Armis offers a platform to manage cybersecurity risks on the Internet of Things (IoT), such as industrial robots and medical devices.
