(AP-Washington Post) Richard Lardner - The House of Representatives approved bipartisan legislation Wednesday to block the flow of money to Iran-backed Hizbullah and to sanction the group for using civilians as human shields. The bill targeting Hizbullah's finances, sponsored by Reps.
