[Reuters] Nidal al-Mughrabi - Hamas has asked Egypt to postpone a meeting with its Fatah rival in Cairo on October 24-26 when they were expected to sign a reconciliation pact. A crowd in Gaza threw shoes at a defaced portrait of Mahmoud Abbas on Wednesday and called him a traitor.
