[ Jerusalem Post] Herb Keinon - U.S. Ambassador Richard Jones is to leave his post on July 11, and will be replaced by James Cunningham, a career diplomat who last served as the U.S. consul general in Hong Kong and before that as deputy U.S. ambassador to the UN.
