Israel Leads OECD in R and D

[Globes] Gali Weinreb - Israel tops the OECD in terms of civilian R and D expenditure as a proportion of GDP, the Central Bureau of Statistics reported. Israel spent 4.7% of GDP on civilian R and D expenditure. The OECD average was 1.7%; Japan and South Korea each spent 3.2%, and the U.S. spent 2.2%.
