(Jerusalem Post) Amichai Stein - Israeli security officials say a massive influx of humanitarian aid into Gaza in recent weeks has flooded the Strip with flour, rice, sugar, and other staples. A kilogram of flour, which cost NIS 80-100 three weeks ago, now costs NIS 18. A kilogram of sugar, which cost NIS 300, now costs NIS 50. A kilogram of pasta dropped from NIS 100 to NIS 10. A kilogram of rice, which was NIS 120, now sells for NIS 30.
