[Ha'aretz ] Avi Issacharoff - The Palestinian Authority has in recent days released at least three Hamas prisoners imprisoned in the West Bank for attempting to attack Israelis, as part of an agreement between Fatah and its rival to reconcile, and despite a PA promise to Israel. The rival factions had agreed that Hamas would free Fatah prisoners in Gaza in exchange for the release of its own detainees in West Bank.
