[Ha'aretz] Barak Ravid - Israel's security cabinet on Wednesday blacklisted 35 terrorist organizations with links to al-Qaeda and the Taliban, operating mainly in Pakistan, Afghanistan and African states, that have acted against Western interests. Israeli banks and financial institutions will be required to monitor their financial transactions and report any suspicious activity connected to the proscribed groups.
