[Conference of Presidents] The U.S. Senate and the House of Representatives passed resolutions this week saluting Israel on its 60th anniversary, underscoring the special ties between the two countries. The Senate version of the resolution was cosponsored by the entire 100-member Senate and was passed on Tuesday. The House version passed by a vote of 417-0 on Wednesday.
