(AP-Military Times) Lolita C. Baldor - An under-construction pier for a U.S.-led project to bring aid into Gaza came under mortar fire Wednesday, forcing UN officials to take shelter. Hamas political official Khalil al-Hayya told AP on Wednesday that his group will resist any foreign military presence involved with the port project. The UN World Food Program has agreed to lead the aid delivery effort.
