(Jerusalem Post) Tovah Lazaroff - The IDF on Sunday presented to the War Cabinet its plan to evacuate Palestinian civilians from Rafah and to militarily destroy some of the last Hamas battalions in the area of Gaza near the Egyptian border. In addition, the Cabinet approved a plan to provide "humanitarian assistance to Gaza in a manner that will prevent the looting that has occurred," the Prime Minister's Office said.
