[AFP] The White House said Tuesday that Israel's blockade of Gaza was an act of self-defense against Palestinian rocket attacks. "One of the reasons that Israel has taken the action it has is because it was sustaining upwards of 150 rockets falling on its territory a day. And so Israel is defending itself," said spokeswoman Dana Perino.
