(Israel Democracy Institute) Prof. Tamar Hermann - In a Nov. 27-30 survey released Tuesday, 49.5% of Israeli Jews said they are optimistic about the future of national security, compared with 39% in September. Among Israeli Arabs, 32% were optimistic about national security, compared with 15% in September. 87% of Jewish Israelis supported the resumption of the fighting in Gaza after the ceasefire.
