(New York Times) Karoun Demirjian - President Biden is expected to ask Congress in the coming days to approve $10 billion in mostly military assistance to help Israel, as well $60 billion for Ukraine and $30 billion for U.S. border security and helping beef up the defenses of Taiwan and the Indo-Pacific region to counter threats from China.
