(Jewish Insider) Melissa Weiss - UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Navi Pillay, who heads the open-ended Commission of Inquiry (COI) targeting Israel, is to receive an "Outstanding Achievement Award" from the International Law Association on Oct. 20 in New York. The U.S. State Department has criticized the work of the COI, saying it "represents a one-sided, biased approach that does nothing to advance the prospects for peace."
