(Times of Israel) Emanuel Fabian - Iyad al-Takrouri, 24, and Musab Mazhar, 21, were detained by Israeli forces in the Old City of Nablus on Sunday. The two Palestinian gunmen opened fire from a passing vehicle and wounded Israeli soldiers in the West Bank town of Huwara on March 25.
