(Times of Israel) Emanuel Fabian - Photos show a Palestinian from the West Bank stabbing an Israeli woman who was walking with her children in Netanya on March 12, police said Tuesday. He stabbed her in the shoulder, but she was unharmed as the blade was blocked by her coat. Police officers detained the man, still armed with the knife.
