(AP-Times of Israel) Israel supported a UN General Assembly resolution Thursday that calls for Russia to withdraw its forces from Ukraine. The resolution passed 141-7, with 32 abstentions. "For the past year Israel has stood alongside the people of Ukraine in solidarity both on the ground and here in the UN," said Israel's UN Ambassador Gilad Erdan.
