More than 40% of Lebanon's doctors have already left the country, data from September 2021 indicates. A Gallup poll from December 2021 found that 63% of Lebanese say they want to leave forever. 90% of Lebanon's youth have indicated that they are thinking about or actively seeking emigration, according to the Arab Youth Opinion Poll.
