(Jerusalem Post) A Palestinian, 22, armed with an ax and carrying a note stating that he sought to carry out a terror attack, was arrested by Israeli police at Tapuah Junction in the West Bank on Sunday. The man was in the area for about an hour looking for Israelis standing alone in order to attack them.
