(Times of Israel) On Saturday morning a lookout at the Jewish community of Beit El spotted a Palestinian man, 21, attempting to climb over the perimeter fence at 11 a.m. A local security guard apprehended the man, who was carrying a knife. He told investigators he had planned to carry out a terror attack, Channel 13 reported.
