(Israel Hayom) Efrat Forsher - On December 20, 2020, Esther Horgen, 52, a mother of six from the Tel Menashe community in Samaria, was brutally murdered while jogging in a nearby forest. On Sunday, the Samaria Military Court sentenced the murderer, Mohammad Maroh Kabaha, to life in prison and an additional three years.
