(Reuters) Francois Murphy - Diplomats negotiating the renewal of the Iran nuclear deal say much of the text of the draft accord is settled. It stipulates Iran suspending enrichment above 5% purity, the unfreezing of $7 billion in Iranian funds stuck in South Korean banks under U.S. sanctions, and the release of Western prisoners held in Iran. Once that initial wave of measures has been confirmed, the main phase of sanctions-lifting will begin.
