(Daily Mail-UK) Martin Robinson - British terrorist Malik Faisal Akram was able to travel to the U.S. to lay siege to a synagogue despite his significant criminal convictions and known radical views. Akram was branded a "menace" for raving about the attack on the World Trade Center in 2001. A senior MP with knowledge of the security services voiced surprise that his background had not been picked up.
