(Times of Israel) Emanuel Fabian - A Palestinian, 18, from Jenin in the West Bank, who was in Israel illegally, stabbed an Israeli man, 67, in the back five times and attempted to stab his wife in Jaffa before he was arrested, Israel Police said.
