(Globes) Assaf Gilead - U.S. company Akamai Technologies has acquired Israeli cybersecurity company Guardicore for $600 million. Guardicore has developed a platform for preventing ransomware and other cyberattacks in real time by dividing an organization into impenetrable "secured cells" (network segmentation).
