(Bangalore Mirror-Outlook-India) The Special Cell of the Delhi Police on Thursday arrested four students from Jammu and Kashmir in connection with a blast near the Israel Embassy on Jan. 29. They have been identified as Nazir Hussain (26), Zulfikar Ali Wazir (25), Aiaz Hussain (28) and Muzammil Hussain (25).
