(Globes) Shirit Avitan-Cohen - Yesh Atid party chairman Yair Lapid informed Israeli President Reuven Rivlin on Wednesday that he had succeeded in forming a new government based on a coalition of eight opposition parties that hold 61 seats in the 120-member Knesset.
