(Times of Israel) Israel's Ambassador to the U.S. Gilad Erdan said Thursday that although the Biden administration is seeking to reenter the 2015 Iran deal, Israeli defense officials visiting Washington told their U.S. counterparts that "the freedom of action of Israel to prevent Iran from becoming an existential threat is a freedom of action that will be preserved." Erdan said this is a demand that "the current government respects." "We agreed on the principle of transparency and not to surprise each other and I think we are both keeping to it," he added.
