(Middle East Eye-UK) Ragip Soylu - During the Nagorno-Karabakh war in November 2020, Armenia launched at least one Russian-made Iskander ballistic missile at Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan. A senior official briefed on the incident told Middle East Eye that "a missile defense system operated by the Azerbaijani military, an Israeli-made Barak-8, shot it down."
